This double-act will taste, talk and walk you though four superb courses matched to the benchmark wines of Shaw & Smith, Adelaide Hills and sister winery, the majestic Tolpuddle Vineyard of Coal River, Tasmania.

Head chef Charlotte Gonzales-Poncet has created a vibrant, produce-driven menu to highlight these sublime, current release wines.
